Ecology

The ecology team is central to many of our major environmental planning, landscape and environmental interpretation contracts.

It provides specialist knowledge of protected species and habitats to inform site selection, project masterplanning and post-development management and monitoring.

Our ecologists have extensive experience of working closely with development practitioners, such as highways engineers, to find realistic solutions for the client.

The Landmark Practice ecologists are fully qualified and licensed in their specialist fields, which include bats, badgers, dormice, great crested newts and birds.
