New project in Jordan
We are delighted to have won a new contract in Jordan, to add to other projects already completed in this exciting, rapidly developing country. This commission, for the Royal Society for Conservation of Nature and the Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities, is sponsored by the World Bank and involves the preparation of a Development and Preservation Plan for the Ajloun area, north of Amman. We will be studying in particular the cultural and natural landscape to enable a Development Plan to be created for planning control purposes. We will also be preparing landscape management and restoration plans for sensitive areas, and identifying sites appropriate for enhancement.
