Description
Landmark takes responsibility for all aspects of our clients planning needs, from site appraisal and selection, through pre-planning consultation with planning authorities and relevant agencies, management and assembly of complex application documents including Environmental Statements, preparation of Planning and Design and Access Statements, presentation at planning committee and discharge of planning conditions.
We also offer a bespoke ‘stakeholder consultation’ service based on our extensive experience on the environmental and renewable energy sectors, providing technical back up for community and stakeholder engagement, including advice on the most appropriate methods, from public exhibitions to on-line consultation activities. We produce exhibition material in-house and provide experienced planning and technical personnel to lead interpretation and consultation events.
Landmark provides specialist support services where needed for planning appeals, including expert witnesses in planning, landscape and ecology.
