Planning policy is the starting point for the consideration of any proposed development. Our planners have a detailed knowledge of planning policy at all levels. We submit representations on emerging local policy and national guidance on behalf of clients. Our staff have appeared at Examinations in Public. Our planners are experienced in undertaking evidence base studies, drafting sound policies and the preparation of supplementary planning documents and master plans.
